Closed and funded! This one is extra special to me! This sweet family were connected to me via referral and took a huge leap of faith to trust me to not only find them a new home in a new state, but to oversee the build from ground up while they were in Mississippi.

That trust had to be earned as they only signed a 4 week agreement with me, but that trust grew to the point that I called them and told them I found “the one” and they trusted me sight unseen accept for a shaky FaceTime call. But I listened carefully during every home we toured band this house had everything on their dream home wishlist!

To say we became fast friends is an understatement and I checked in regularly to check on the progress of the build and send them photos and videos and became a fierce negotiator when it really mattered.
