There’s something extra special about helping framily build wealth. ❤️🏡💰

I’m always talking about the amount of equity my NC clients are sitting on… so I LOVED getting the call from my framily and fellow Aggies ready to put theirs to work! 💙💛🏡

They wanted to add another door to their portfolio, get that mailbox money 💸 and do it in Greensboro near campus — creating more housing options for young Aggies, including their own Baby Aggies. 🥹

That’s what I love about real estate — using what you already own to help build what’s next.
If you’ve been sitting on equity and wondering how to turn it into your first, next, or another investment property, let’s talk.

Your equity may be able to do more than you think. 👀🏡💰

Congrats to my Ali & Candance on another door!

Hello, October! 🍂🧡

My favorite season is officially here! There’s just something about fall—the cooler weather, cozy vibes, beautiful colors, football, and that fresh “new season, new goals” energy. 🍁

I’m stepping into October grateful, focused, and excited for everything this season has in store—both personally and in real estate. And if a new home happens to be part of your fall plans… you already know who to call. 😉🏡

Here’s to a beautiful October, fresh opportunities, and falling into our next move. 🧡🍂

One year behind the mic… and a whole lot of growth along the way! 🎙️🥂.

Today’s recording was a special one as we celebrated ONE YEAR of Deals, Dreams, and Drama! We reflected on our favorite episodes, how we’ve grown over the last year, and what being part of this accountability circle—our tribe—has meant to each of us. 🧡

And listen… having people in your corner who support your dreams is one thing. Having people who also ask, “Okay, but did you do what you said you were going to do?” is something else! 😂👀

That’s the beauty of this group. We celebrate each other, challenge each other, and have the honest conversations that help us move forward—not just in business, but in life.

I’m grateful for the space to be real, the push to keep growing, and the friendships that go beyond our recording days. The laughs are a bonus… and there are PLENTY of those! 😂

Cheers to one year of showing up, holding each other accountable, and learning as we go. More deals, bigger dreams, and just enough drama to keep it interesting! 🥂🎙️

What’s been your favorite episode so far?

Last weekend I gathered the fam to check out one of Houston’s newest restaurants! I wanted to get in before social media made it impossible to get a reservation! 🙃😉 ’s menu did NOT disappoint! We tried about 90% of the menu and everything was amazing! And of course, my favorite dish wasn’t mine…it was my dad’s & Mikey’s! lol. They had the smoked chicken & Dino Rib….BAYBEEE! We will be back!
