Today entails:

▪️Making & delivering a Thank You gift for the CAD office that helped me with info for one of my buyers (in Kaufman)

▪️ Placing a Lockbox at an Upcoming Listing (in Tool)

▪️ Meeting a Foundation Specialist for said property

▪️ Prepping docs and photos for a Lease Listing. (Also in Tool)

I may not “go to an office” or have a salary or hourly pay. But this is my career. And i absoitely love it. Every day is different!

I hope yall have a wonderful Wednesday. We’re half way through the week then many of us get to enjoy get to enjoy FALL BREAK! Woohoo!

Wow, here we are on our First day of Fall!

It may not FEEL like it yet but we sure can light those candles and wax warmers, decorate and fake it! Hehe

Wow.

4yrs ago today I made my very first sale as a Realtor.

No mentor. No experience. No money. No “work” in over 6yrs as a Stay Home, Homeschool Mom. Newly divorced…The things I was going through at this time is so hard to look back on.

But to help this family…this family who had an ITIN Spanish-only speaking purchase at that…who believed in me. Trusted in me.

It means the world. I got licensed in late February 2021 after my near death experience in October, did a 3month coaching program and was under contract by July…Most agents dont make a sale in their first year. I completed 4 in my first 6mos as a single, stay home Mom with three kids under the age of 10. Incuding an infant.

I say this not to toot my own horn but to let you know I make it happen. I work HARD for my clients and do not take my career for granted. Looking back on this reminds me of what all I went through to get me here. And boy was it ever worth it.

So happy Four Years, Reyna & Jaime!!
