for Texas is still sitting at a favorable BUYERS advantage; However, the Median Sold Price actually INCREASED by 7% in just one month to $341,250!

If you’ve been following along this past year, it’s been a little Wonky over here in Cedar Creek Lake area. But this upward pricing signals a robust optimism for Sellers to capitalize on the market’s strength.

You can still list with Confidence with me. I have 5.5yrs with only 2 expired properties! (Those were completely explainable as well 😉

Heyyyy! It's Monday and it's not a typical Market Update today.

Instead, yeah there's a Ton of Inventory so if you've been on the fence to buy, now might be a good time to Give me a call ;)

Every week I do a Behind The Scenes of what I’m working on that day. I am a Realtor, have Online Resale business & more recently, a crafting & community business that I started over 20yrs ago but have active now again.

It’s busy busy & it’s only 11am. This would explain my Non-Social life Haha. Love love love what I do though!

If you’ve been thinking about Buying or Selling, reach on out! I’ve been in the business for 5.5yrs, have a High conversion rate of Renters-to-Buyers, secured Investment properties, helped families facing Foreclosure (Been there!!), listed Leases, assist Rentals, only had Two Expireds in all my 5.5yrs and that was due to Unrealistic sellers that just weren’t really serious about the process. Can’t win em all!

Anyways, I offer unique work to each client that best suits their needs. I have an amazing co tractor that I couldn’t have closed without and some pretty awesome lenders that make up to be a wonderful Team in this industry.

Anyhoot. So thats all! Part of being a Realtor is something new & different every single day. It’s unscheduled sometimes and spontaneous. Some days I have showings, some days I have calls, inspections, closings, etc. it’s not a One-Size-Fits-All & it’s not a “steady paycheck”. I get paid when I Close.
