We hear you.

We know some residents are frustrated, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience.

This is the most snow our area has seen in 134 years, and the high winds have made it especially challenging by pushing snow back into areas that were already cleared. Our snow crews have serviced properties multiple times, some working through the night, but conditions have made progress difficult to see at times. Clearing lots with cars still parked also adds to the challenge.

What we are doing now:
Crews are going back through all properties again, and every available employee and leader is out helping move cars and clear snow.

Our team truly cares about our residents and the communities we serve. While we know we’re not perfect, the effort from our team has been real. Long days, early mornings, and people from across the company stepping in to help however they can.

We are doing everything we can to manage this extraordinary storm and will keep working until all lots, cars, and walkways are clear. Thank you again for your patience.

✨🎄 The Elf Hotline was a hit! 🎄✨

This holiday season, our team became elves for the day — answering calls from kids, spreading Christmas magic, and hearing all about their wish lists.

With over 60 kids calling in, the laughter, excitement, and pure joy on the other end of the line reminded us what this season is really about. Huge thank you to our team members who volunteered their time to help make Christmas feel a little more magical. ❤️

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge today’s snow event across the state and the impact it had on some of our communities. We know how disruptive this kind of weather can be, and in several areas the quality and timing of snow removal didn’t meet the standard our residents should expect from us.

We’re truly sorry to everyone who was affected. We should’ve handled this better, and we didn’t — that’s on us. You rely on us during weather events like this, and we fell short. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and we’re taking it seriously.

We understand that each community experienced this storm differently, but that doesn’t change our responsibility to show up consistently for all of you. We’re already working with our teams to get things back on track and make sure we’re addressing the areas that were missed or delayed.

Tomorrow, we’ll be sending a more formal communication to the residents who were impacted outlining how we plan to make this right and the changes we’re putting in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Thank you for holding us accountable — we’re committed to earning that trust back.
