I was reflecting on this sale last night, and the others I closed in April. I can't overstate how truly blessed I feel to have gotten to know the clients better, to have witnessed this big change in their lives and to watch them find so much joy in their new homes. What a month! So grateful for the friendships and the experiences this role gives me. I'm in it for that - to be a good representative, a trusted advisor, a treasured friend and a partner in helping you find joy in your next phase.

My buyers performed their home inspection today on the home they are under contract to purchase. Why? Well, not only will it help them know if there are any concerning existing issues in the home that they can approach the seller to potentially fix, but it will also show them how things function in the home and know of things they need to budget for as far as future repairs or updates. Shout out to Andrew Jolley of Joda Home Inspections!

I have been filled with gratitude this week as I've been able to help two families take steps toward their next phase by helping them go under contract with buyers. They both worked hard to prepare their house for listing and then again for every showing request.
