We are an income-based property and offer HUD Section 8 rental assistance to persons income-eligible. The rent amount is based upon household’s income (30% less eligible allowances). All utilities are included in the rent. Emerson Place consists of 1 building with controlled access and 50 1-bedroom apartments. We have a community room for our residents to use, a laundry room open 24-hours/7 days a week, private parking, a library and 24-hour emergency maintenance. We are a pet-friendly property.
