While KC sales have slowed, desirable homes are still moving when prices appropriately - People still need to make a move.

Kansas City’s August sales were down 7.4% year over year, while Liberty’s September median days on market was only 30 days.

Nationally, price reductions have increased, (typically for this time of year) and mortgage interest rates moved above 7% this week.
