Steve helped us find a house after looking at what seemd like a dozen! On top of that, he put up with our unfortunate experience we had with our lending institution and the 8+ months it took to close because of it. He righted every wrong we had to deal with, without wait! Best realtor I've dealt with! Austin Buerer

Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Kearney, NE. Steve is way above average for a realtor. He goes the extra mile for me and also the buyer. He found the perfect buyer for one of my houses. We have bought 2 homes and sold 1 using Steve Coram. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and always accessible. When we were buying our first home, I always appreciated his experienced eyes and understanding viewpoint - especially because this was all new to us. I would definitely recomend Steve to anyone in Kearney looking to sell or purchase a home!
