Just Sold! The seller and I were notified several days before closing that we needed to have a survey done. We got a survey scheduled and completed, resolved the survey issues, and went to settlement, all in just 9 days! Given the general surveyor backlog in our area, definitely thanking everyone who helped make it happen!
