Summer purchase season is here!!!!
MSC offers experienced mobile notary services specializing in real estate closings. We have notaries nationwide and right next door. We can help handle all the closings your office is too busy to facilitate. You can use us as an extension of your company without having to add permanent staff or having your already busy staff leave to conduct closing. Our closing agents are professional Notary Signing Agents with at least 2 years of experience. Our purchase signing agents are specialists with many YEARS of purchase experience and complete in-depth knowledge of the business. We also offer a conference room at our new office in Berlin, NJ for all types of closings. Refinance closings can be at the location of the borrower’s choice. We print 2 copies of the documents that are required to be signed. We leave an unsigned copy with the borrower. We then return the signed notary package to you with the shipping label you have provided. In addition, we can scan the package back when needed on same day funding loans or drop the package at our title office if local to the closing location. Purchase closingsCan be at the location of the borrower, realtor or attorney’s choice. We conduct the closing and will confirm all signed documents that are needed to complete the sale are completed/present. We will send back funding requirements from the table and disburse the checks you provide once funding is confirmed. We then return the package and checks collected with the return label you have provided. If the closing is local to the title company, we can arrange pick up and drop off the closing package. We can also print any documents needed for the closing if no checks are necessary at the closing or if funds are being wired.

Meet Sherrie- Sherrie has been with MSC for a little over a year now. In that time she has been promoted to Office Manager, received her Notary and is currently studying for her Title Producer License. She has a background of NJ Foreclosure and was a paralegal in the field for 8 years.

Meet Marnee-

I began MSC 2005 as a notary after seeking advice from a close friend, who explained her job as a signing agent. I was intrigued with what her role was. She graciously trained me as a mobile notary. I soon realized that I had found my dream job. Spending most of my years in the restaurant business, my love of people made this the perfect career. I loved being out on the road and meeting new people every day. I quickly learned everything I could, taking any and all available courses, receiving my New Jersey Title Producer’s license in 2007. Three years later, a close friend mentioned being too overwhelmed to schedule all of their closings. I offered to help and, in 2010, MSC Closing Services, LLC was born.

Years later, we now cover almost the entire United States with thousands of notaries nation-wide. Respect between myself, my staff, and the notaries that work for us is paramount. I know a happy employee will give the best services to our clients and I value a strong and continuing relationship with my notaries as we grow. They are not just a number. It’s important that they and my clients know this. I believe respect and professional courtesy are what sets MSC apart from other companies.

I run this business with customer service as top priority. After 40 years and counting, I’ve watched my family run a successful business; I saw what customer service, honesty and simple courtesy does. No games. No gimmicks.
