So beyond thrilled for Jessica and Tiffany! Two fantastic, not to mention super cool clients! Very young with huge dreams, one of them being to own their very first home amidst this competitive market. They wanted this dream fulfilled as much as I wanted to help them make it happen. I was happy to provide guidance, mentorship, and the best part of it all , the outcome of a dream fulfilled that even turned into a friendship. With lots of negotiation, patience and perseverance with everyone involved happy to see this dream fulfilled. I had the pleasure to work with this wonderful family the last couple of months. They were contemplating the idea of selling their home to then pursue other living and investment options. They weren’t sure about the timing and the best process to do so. This week I had the pleasure to witness another happy milestone with my amazing clients turned friends. Congratulations to Jahaira and Anthony ! I am beyond delighted to have been part of their home buying dream. They came to me hoping to find the ideal place as they welcomed their first baby . Just a few months our client initiated her thoughts of retirement and selling her home to 40 years to relocate with the hope to do so in the house of her dreams.
