Each Association Manager has a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations of varying sizes.
So, what are the basic responsibilities?
Serve as the primary liaison with Association Boards and residents.
Provide recommendations to Association Boards regarding the day-to-day operations and major capital expenditures.
Maintain community appearance to high standards.
Prepare effective management reports and present them at Board meetings.
Conduct regular property inspections.
Develop bid specifications for and capital projects
Prepare annual budgets and operate Associations within budget.
