Attention Upper Valley travel nurses (and others looking for mid term housing).
We are looking to fill a mid-term gap between now and some renovations that we have planned for the winter lull. We are offering this apartment AS-IS and with all utilities included for the right mid-term tenant. We can provide light furnishings but want to avoid going overboard as everything that goes in will have to come back out for us to replace the flooring.
2-3 bedrooms, large beautiful lot with nice gardens and outdoor living space.
Property is 1 mile from Lebanon Green and 12 minutes driving from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
We're just looking to fill a gap and have priced this based on input from several local leasing agents, but we're flexible given the impermanent nature of the arrangement. We're open to both constructive feedback and negotiation.
