Keeping an eye on the sky!
Alert weather today...last of the light to moderate rain over the next hour or two, then a break through midday as the southerly wind brings more humidity. That sets the stage for a front coming through this afternoon, showers and storms will develop along it.
Timeline: 1-6pm (western half of NH between 1-3:30pm, eastern half between 3-6pm). Rapid clearing behind the front for this evening from west to east.
Storm threats in order: 1) heavy downpours 2) gusty winds 3) small hail 4) small chance of a tornado
Suggestion: there will not be rain or thunderstorms all afternoon, but if you are going to be outside, be weather aware and watch the western sky and be prepared to take shelter.
