Not all sales are happy ones, but it's always my goal to simplify the process and lighten the load for my client (especially under tough circumstances).
As part of this sale, I was able to connect the seller with a property clean-out service, professional cleaner, and a landscaper for a spring clean-up as they lived out of state. Once on the market, this cutie went from listed to sold in 21 days. The cherry on top was that it sold for $60k over ask!

Buying & selling in the same day is always a challenge, but even more so when there are goats, chickens, cats, dogs, a bird, chinchilla, and salt water fish involved!! (Did I miss any, guys? 🤣) Luckily my clients, their lender, the title companies and buyer were all awesome! We even closed early 👏🍾 Congrats Ben & Kaitlyn, you guys are an awesome team and I can't wait to see what you do with your new place!!
