As Your future agent I need to let you know,
Several times this year I have heard folks denounce the value of professional expertise and credentials. "I don't do Credentials -that doesn't mean anything", and this week a licensed agent said "Expertise doesn't mean anything". This shows incompetent arrogance, I am impressed.
It is probably worth asking about Professional Expertise when you are interviewing agents to potentially represent you. An average agent can do ok with broker support, but Professional Expertise is an absolute essential in high stakes negotiations. An expert can save you many thousands over the course of your transaction.
