I spent a lot of time designing, browsing, shopping and planning this project. Then Jake and I spent a lot of time building and arranging (more Jake building and me “helping”) to get it all put together. And I am so glad it could get finished before I go.

I really wanted to give our tenants some nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. We now have multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy, a secure bike shed, plus a bbq grill for the nice days to come. Thank you to Lesser’s 4 Seasons (Alex) for the beautiful flowers! They were the icing on the cake.

Starting June 2, student IDs can no longer be used to register to vote or to receive a ballot on Election Day per State law (HB 323).

So apparently someone thought they were quite the jokester and put parking violation stickers on vehicles that were parked in our Arcadia parking spots across the street. THOSE WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT FROM ARCADIA MANAGEMENT. If I was going to put stickers on your vehicles, they would have Arcadia information and/or our logo.

My guess is that they were pulling an April Fools’ Day joke and thought they were funny. I apologize for anyone who went into a panic thinking their vehicles were going to get towed.

He might be the face of Arcadia but he's still pretty humble. Even if he is wearing his own face today. 🤣😂 (Walter gear is a top seller)

Sorry about your luck, Chuck…

If you don’t live here - you ABSOLUTELY don’t park here. And yelling at me (or our plow co.) for towing you, puts you on slippery ground.

Arcadia parking is permit only — especially overnight and plowing nights.

The center section and plaza areas must be cleared so the plow company ( are the best ever!) can do their job for the businesses that actually own that property. Non Arcadia tenants (and occasionally ours) park there and then their car disappears and suddenly we’re the bad guys. BUT you can’t park there overnight.

Our residents?
You guys have honestly started to be awesome this winter. That’s what 20 snowstorms will do.😂🤣 You move your cars, you watch for notices, and we even come out with shovels to help dig you out because we WANT you to get to work/school safely. (Here’s a little secret, landlords do not normally do that.)

But if you live somewhere else and decide Arcadia looks like convenient overnight parking… the tow truck is part of the weather forecast.

We didn’t tow you.

We are SO excited about all of the updates here at Arcadia! All of our common areas have been getting fresh paint colors thanks to RPD Painting LLC. One hall left to finish and then we’ll be tackling some more units when we get to move outs.

Fresh paint, new security cameras, new security doors, a new merch store and so much more coming over the next few months. There’s a reason why we keep being voted as one of the Best Apartment Complexes.
