Growing up, I heard stories of my parents searching for their first home — being shown only
run-down properties in specific neighborhoods, guided away from opportunity by design. It took a social worker stepping in to change their path. Those stories never left me. I went on to study Sociology at Willamette University and the history of housing discrimination in the United States — including Oregon's own history of excluding Black residents from living here, and the ways cities and counties continue to design communities that keep wealth out of reach for the most vulnerable. Intergenerational wealth through real estate is real — and so is the system that was built to keep certain families from accessing it. I became a REALTOR® to change that — one family at a time. 🌸
I work with first-time homebuyers, sellers, and move-up buyers across the Mid-Willamette Valley. But more than that, I work with people. I believe homeownership is not just a financial decision — it's an act of building roots, creating stability, and breaking cycles. De Oaxaca, nacido en Oregon. Soy el cuarto de siete hermanos. I bring my Oaxacan roots, my bilingual voice, and my lived experience as a bridge between communities — for families born here with roots elsewhere, and for the generation that sacrificed everything so their kids could have more. Before real estate, I raised $412,000 to open a youth shelter in Oregon serving young people ages 11–18. Half from the Oregon State Legislature, half from nonprofits, private donors, and community. Because when I see a need, I build a solution. Eso es lo que hago. Eso es lo que soy. That's what I do. That's who I am. I don't care about being the richest agent in the room. I care about you knowing you matter. That homeownership is possible. That someone in your corner speaks your language — in every sense of that word.
