The average days that a home sits on the market in Crowley is 60-90 days. The buyer called after less than a week, but due to work couldn’t come out until a Sunday. They saw the home and submitted their offer right after!

Prepping and staging this home was crucial because a larger home just a few houses down from this one had been on the market over 200 days! The buyer’s agent called and made me give a defense for why my clients house was better than the other one (that was an interesting conversation), but I was ready!
