We closed on a couple of Achille properties recently. The Rambo’s closed both properties remotely, but I was pleased to get to meet and work with them on these transactions! The sellers were awesome people - and how often do you get to meet ‘Rambo’? It was also good working with Ronald Fuquay and Heather Maddox on these deals.
