The Ranches is home to six independent beauty professionals, each running their own business from their own private (self decorated) suite. While we all work under one roof and support one another, each professional is licensed, insured, and operates independently.

That means each suite offers services based on the specific licenses, certifications, and specialties of the professional who occupies that space. From hair, massage, and skin services to other specialized treatments, each business owner creates their own menu of services, pricing, scheduling, and client experience.

The Ranches provides a beautiful space where small business owners can grow, serve their clients, and do what they love! We are proud to have a group of talented professionals who are passionate about their craft and committed to providing exceptional service.

Hair Tip of the Day: Sleep on It (the right way!)

One of the easiest things you can do for healthier hair is protect it while you sleep.

💫 Use a silk or satin pillowcase to help reduce friction, frizz, and breakage.

💫 If your hair is long, loosely braid it or put it in a low ponytail before bed to prevent tangles.

💫 Never go to bed with soaking wet hair. Wet hair is more fragile and prone to breakage.

💫 Apply a lightweight leave-in conditioner to your ends before bed for a little overnight hydration.

We’re ready to expand, but before moving forward, we want to hear what the community actually needs and wants.🤗

Option 1:
Another matching building with individually owned salon suites.
This option is typically best for professionals with an already established clientele looking to own or operate their own private space.

Option 2:
An open-concept salon with individual booth rentals.
This setup allows for both existing clientele and walk-in traffic in a more social and collaborative environment.

But here’s the bigger question…

Would consumers make the 8-mile drive from Lampasas or the 13-mile drive from Copperas Cove for walk-in services to experience what The Ranches at 580 offers that simply can’t be experienced elsewhere?💕

The vibes.
The views.
The peace.

👏Regardless of whether we move forward with private salon suites or an open-concept setting, those characteristics are what truly set The Ranches at 580 apart.

Two years ago, The Ranches broke ground… and it still doesn’t feel real. 🤍

What started as a dream has turned into something so special, and we truly couldn’t have done it without every single person who has supported us along the way. From our girls inside these walls, to every client, friend, family member, and person who has simply stepped foot into the building… Thank YOU.

The love, support, encouragement, and community we’ve built over the last two years has been nothing short of amazing. Watching The Ranches grow into what it is today has been one of the biggest blessings.

Here’s to the memories already made and all the exciting things still to come. We’re beyond thankful for all of you. 🤎✨

As we head into a Texas summer, your hair deserves a little extra love. Heat, sun, chlorine, and humidity can all do a number on your hair, but a few simple habits can keep it healthy all season long. 🤍

• Wear a hat or use UV protection for your hair when you’re out in the sun
• Turn down the heat on hot tools whenever possible
• Use a leave-in conditioner to help fight dryness and frizz
• Rinse your hair before and after swimming to protect it from chlorine damage
• Don’t skip regular trims during the summer months
• Hydration matters 💧for you and your hair 😉
