Hello... We are currently accepting applications for a ground floor 2 bedroom unit. Water, sewer, garbage,heating,gas and snow removal /sanding is included.Rent is $1070** per month/$1040 deposit. Tenant is responsible for paying electric. Pets are welcome upon owners approval, with a 250 deposit.You can pick up an application at 810 Peninsula Ave. Kenai AK 99611 by the door of apartment #34. It is located inside the corner stairwell.If you are interested,please give us a call at (907) 513-1312 or (907)513-1058.

You can drop off the application at the same place. There is a black box on the door.

Each application needs proof of identification for anyone over 18 and income statements for last 30 days or application cannot be processed.

Two personal references that are not related. Copy of identification for anyone over the age of 18. Along with proof of income for the last 30 days for all applicants. The application will not be processed without all information included.
