I have a little announcement that I'm really excited to share.

I've added a blog to my website.

My littlest real estate assistant came to the office today 💕
She took her job very seriously… supervising paperwork, testing out highlighters, and making sure I got plenty of hugs between calls.
Safe to say productivity went way up 🥰

There’s something about a true cold snap on the Kenai Peninsula that makes you slow down and appreciate where you are. The kind of cold that freezes your eyelashes, turns the air crisp and quiet, and paints everything in that soft pink-and-gold winter light.
It’s easy to grumble when the temps drop way below zero… but there’s also something beautiful about it. The stillness. The way the snow sparkles like diamonds. The extra layer of gratitude for warm homes, hot coffee, and the people we get to gather around inside.
Alaska winters build a certain kind of resilience. They remind us that shelter isn’t just four walls — it’s comfort, safety, and a place to land at the end of a long, cold day. Days like this make “home” feel a little more meaningful.
If you’re out braving the cold, stay safe and bundle up. And if you’re tucked inside somewhere warm, take a moment to appreciate it. Winter doesn’t last forever… but the strength it builds in us sure does. ❄️

One thing I’ve learned in life is this: when you’re working toward a goal and have to push through obstacle after obstacle… the victory at the end feels that much sweeter.
The late nights.
The hard conversations.
The unexpected setbacks.
The moments you question yourself.
They all build resilience. They grow your confidence. And they make that final achievement mean so much more.
Nothing worth having comes without effort — but the pride, the joy, and the sense of accomplishment when you finally arrive? Completely worth it. 🙌✨
