✨ Meet the Person Behind the Posts! ✨

Hi, everyone! I’m Jessica, and I’m so excited to introduce myself as the property manager of Fairview Flats — and the person behind all of the posts, updates, and messages you’ve been seeing along the way!

While I’m new to property management, I’m certainly not new to caring for people, building relationships, and creating positive experiences. I’ve spent the past 15 years in customer-focused roles, including six years working alongside Fairview Flats’ owner in new home construction. That experience has given me a true appreciation for everything that goes into turning a building into a place people are proud to call home.

On a personal note, I’ve called Indiana home for most of my life and am a mom to two energetic little boys, ages 3 and 6. I love bringing people together, finding reasons to celebrate, and making others feel welcome.

I cannot wait for the day we begin handing over keys, welcoming our first residents, and watching Fairview Flats become a true community. I’m especially looking forward to getting to know our residents, building lasting relationships, and planning some fun activities along the way!
