Norfolk Southern will be closing several railroad crossings beginning tomorrow morning for maintenance and repairs. The affected crossings include:

County Road 47
County Road 41
Center Street in Waterloo
Peneton Street in Waterloo
Best Street in Waterloo

Timeline:
Center Street work will be completed first and is expected to reopen late tomorrow evening.

County Road 47, County Road 41, and Peneton Street are all anticipated to reopen by Friday afternoon.

Six Forces Shaping Commercial Real Estate Today

We're calling it OB-3 now, an OB-3 on things like expanding opportunity zones so that states can redesignate zones. Rural zones are carrying some stronger incentives.
