Another great reason to invest in a large multifamily project is Equity Appreciation! Many factors help increase the equity of the property and we like to focus on three of them: market appreciation, capital improvements, and asset management.

Market Appreciation:
Property value and rents increase the more people move into an area because demand to find an apartment grows. Population and job growth are important metrics we take into consideration when identifying the right market.

Capital Improvements:
This is one way in forcing appreciation of a property. Physical improvements to a property promotes desirability to live there. Rents can be increased, which elevates the property value and profitability.

Asset Management:
Providing good asset management will raise the equity of a large multifamily. This is done by increasing income while decreasing expenses. Hiring a professional property management company and fixing a building's inefficiencies will increase profits.
