Before we officially start thinking Spring, let's grab our sense of adventure and head out to enjoy this last push of the Winter season!

Here are some of my favorite Winter activities:
⛷️I love day trips to Sunday River or Sugarloaf with friends for views and laughs
🎳There are so many great bowling spots around Maine. A few of my favorite spots are Bayside Bowl in Portland, Junction Bowl in Gorham, and Garden Street Bowl in Kennebunk
⛸️Grab your skates and head to USM in Gorham for open skate or The Waterhouse center in Kennebunk
☃️You can catch me at Seacoast Adventure in Windham for some great snow tubing
🛍️This winter one of my favorite shopping adventures led me to Kittery Trading Post. Three full floors of adventure and Maine goodies
🎣Insert your favorite lake in Maine for a day on the ice. If you're lucky you'll catch suppah🐟

New Year New Home!

First closing of the Year. I'm very thrilled for my out of state buyer's who found themselves the perfect home near the Crystal Lake and family. Bonus is that we were able to close with a brand new well water system and we closed $9,900 under list price💃🏻
I'm also very thankful for my co-broke who was amazing to work with! Truly such a great transaction filled with wonderful people.
