✨🏡SOLD STORY!🏡✨

Donna and Gordon purchased 54 Bypass Rd. #54 back in 2021 and have absolutely loved their time there. After years of enjoying the best of both worlds, they decided to trade their snowbird lifestyle for full-time Florida sunshine ☀️— and were ready to pass along their little slice of Maine heaven.

Enter Sheila — fell in love with the property and was thrilled to find her own place in the same association as her good friend 💕.

I’m so happy for both sides and grateful to have been part of this full-circle moment. Wishing Donna & Gordon all the best in Florida and Sheila many happy years ahead in her new Maine getaway!
