While these houses are slightly different than each other, they're 500 feet away from each other. The one in Kennebunkport sold for $240,000 more than the one next door in Biddeford.

What a fun weekend! Stopped by the Lock Shop to check in on Tim & Kellys progress and visited a good friends business, Sullivan House Bakery to buy some amazing treats.

Winks Lock Shop closed today and Julie Grady / Kennebunkport Real Estate Broker and I couldn’t be more happy for Kelly and Tim as they plan to restore and renovate 🔨🪚🧹the building while honoring its history in doing so. I’m very Irish which also makes me very superstitious. That said, todays “CLEAR TO CLOSE” email from the lender felt so good. Lots of work went into this one.
