I wanted to take a minute to talk about the recent real estate market. We are not in a sellers market or a buyers market. We are kind of in between.  True- interest rates are higher and some buyers are waiting. Also true- homes are typically going to be on the market for longer than just a few days, which was never normal to begin with. It's the same process to bring buyers and sellers together. It just may take a little bit longer and more negotiating to get to a resolution that works for both sides.
