Last closing of the year today and it certainly was a good one (and a hard one). Helping long time friends secure a home for their daughter (Kennebunk HS Grad) and husband in a market that is not “first time home buyer friendly” was my honor and pleasure. The transaction had a serious title issue which required plenty of research (our thanks to Hodsdon, Williams and Caron) and I could not be more impressed with these parents’ own research efforts. Their actions and dedication to the process helped speed the closing along. All my best to this young couple. I can’t wait to see how they transform this former church into their new home. 🏠❤️
