We had a DAM good time. 🦫💦
This year we took the team (and their families) to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. New Davis Team gear, pickleball matches that got way too competitive, s’mores around the fire, a river float down Beaver’s Bend dodging trees with the whole crew 🌲😅 and the Davis Team Olympics, where we went head-to-head in Jenga, water balloon toss, a water bucket challenge where nobody was safe from the person behind them, and the fan-favorite grand finale: 🏆 flip cup.
Here’s the thing about this team, we are genuinely competitive. But we’re also the first ones cheering each other on when someone closes a deal, lands a tough negotiation, or helps a client find the one. That balance doesn’t happen by accident. We build it intentionally — on retreats like this, around fire pits, on rivers, in the middle of chaotic games where staying dry is never guaranteed.
