WOOHOOO!! Back to back closings for these ladies last Friday!

We were able to get top price on the sale of their townhouse with no repairs in Woodstock. We turned around and were able to get 5k off the list price and 13k in seller paid concessions on the purchase of their new home. Definitely a win on both sides for us.

Stephen Eastland handled the financing with ease and dealt with every hiccup we threw his way!

I LOVE MY JOB!!!
It is beyond rewarding having the opportunity to educate, guide, and negotiate on behalf of these home buyers/sellers. Over the last few weeks we:
- got my buyer 14k in seller paid closing costs and 5k off the list price
- waited and relentlessly pursued a home going through probate
- sellers went under contract within 4 days without paying any closing costs and doing any repairs
- first time home buyer branched off and bought the first condo we looked at
- did contract to close all virtual with my buyers from California and got them closed within 2 weeks
