🔧Maintenance Tip Monday: Recognizing Emergencies🔨
Your safety matters—and knowing when to report a maintenance emergency can make all the difference! Here are key signs to watch for:
1️⃣ Water Leaks – Leaks from ceilings or walls can lead to mold and damage. Report immediately!
2️⃣ Electrical Issues – Flickering lights, sparking outlets, or burning smells? Call maintenance ASAP.
3️⃣ Heating/Cooling Failures – No heat or AC during extreme weather? That’s an emergency.
4️⃣ Gas Odors – Smell gas? Evacuate and contact emergency services right away.
5️⃣ Flooding – Whether from rain or plumbing, flooding can harm your home’s structure. Act fast!
🛠️ If you notice any of these, don’t wait—report it right away.
