To celebrate today, I am sharing a video of my pups 3rd birthday party this last weekend. Rocky and Molly get together with their siblings (Charlie, Daisy, Jake and Sunny) and their siblings and a previous littermate (Nala) each year at a pool party to celebrate their birthday. It is ALWAYS a blast and the dogs and people have so much fun!! Truth be told, we celebrate our dogs every day around here. 🐶🐾Feel free to share a picture or video of your pup to celebreate the day. We can never have too many cute dogs on social media!!

This one was SHORT but INTENSE!

My sellers did an AWESOME job getting the house ready to go on the market. We priced it right, and put it on the market at the right time. We had 5 offers within 48 hours! We chose the best offer who ended up cancelling for medical reasons. 3 of the 4 remaining original offers put offers in again. We chose the best offer and went under contract again with a back up offer in place. Before due diligence ended, the buyers changed their minds and the backup backed out for medical reasons as well. So, we went BACK on the market. Within 24 hours, we had received multiple offers AGAIN. We chose the best offer again and went under contract again with another back up offer in place. The 3rd time was a charm ! We ALL worked together as an impressive team (great buyers agent, buyers who were on top of things, a lender who was very quick, an attorney who was responsive, and sellers who were easy to work with) to get this closed in 10 days from contract to closing!! Wow!!

I think that may have been my fastest closing ever with a loan involved. Thank you to everyone who made it happen. Congratulations to my sellers who are repeat clients and to the buyers who bought their first house!
