I spoke to a customer this morning that was behind on payments. He wanted to keep his home, so instead of pushing him to sell, I offered free advice. Now he’s working on a loan modification, and will most likely be able to save his home.

If your home gets foreclosed on, and the house sells for more than you owed at auction, then you’re actually entitled to overage proceeds from that sale!
If this is you, then first of all, you should have called me and sold it BEFORE the auction (rant over). Secondly, I have a network of colleagues and investors that can help you get the money you deserve EVEN IF you’ve ALREADY been foreclosed on. Obviously, every home doesn’t sell for more than is owed, but many actually do.

I want to start by saying "THANK YOU!" to my friends and clients who have already joined this group. I made this page to help save current and future clients from foreclosure. As a Realtor, the first 7-10 years of my business were spent servicing, listing, and representing buyers for REO (foreclosure) properties. It was an eye-opening experience to say the least. I was the first point of contract for the bank for these homeowners, so I've seen a lot of people at what was most likely the lowest point of their lives.

I can't express how sad it is to see a family lose their home, especially when there are children involved. Luckily, I have learned many ways to stop this from happening over the years. Most of them still involve the homeowner relocating to a new property, but getting AHEAD of the foreclosure process gives a homeowner more options and more control over the timeline. There are often financial incentives, as well.

My goal is ALWAYS to help my clients, but helping those who are hurting the most has always given me an extra level of satisfaction. I’ve been working with foreclosed properties for over 20 years, and many of them could have avoided foreclosure entirely. STAYING AHEAD of the foreclosure process is the major key, so if this is you, reach out ASAP.
