More homes are hitting the market while buyer activity has cooled, creating a different landscape than we’ve seen in recent years.

📈 Inventory is up 12.7% from last year, reaching its highest level since 2019.
🏠 New listings increased 2.9%, giving buyers more homes to choose from.
👀 Showings declined 4.3%, meaning less competition for some properties.
📝 Pending sales fell 2.3%, as higher mortgage rates and economic uncertainty keep some buyers on the sidelines.
💰 Home values remain resilient, with the median sold price still up 2.5% year over year.
