Important Announcement: A New Chapter Begins
After 47 remarkable years, our real estate company will no longer be known as Century 21 Pierce & Bair, Inc. This moment is both sweet and sorrowful for us. Founded in 1977 by Louise Bair, alongside her partner Max Pierce, our company has been a cornerstone in our community, assisting countless individuals and families in buying and selling homes.
Back then, it was uncommon for women to start businesses independently, but Louise was not only a pioneering businesswoman but also a mentor to many successful real estate agents. Her rigorous standards taught us the importance of integrity and diligence in this industry. Louise was known for her fairness and honesty, values that have guided us through the years.
It's been an honor to continue her legacy, and while we're closing this chapter, we're excited to start the next. From April 30th, we'll remain at our current location, with our incredible team, under a new name: Compass Real Estate.
We invite you to join us as we embark on this new journey.
