The month of November is usually when we see posts about being thankful and grateful, but I don’t think thankfulness should be reserved for just one month so I’m going to drop a little of it right here on this dreary cold January morning…

My 2025 ended with 2 closings right before Christmas and 2026 has kicked off with 2 closings before the end of January and I am so grateful to the clients that put their trust in me to help them sell and buy houses and also endlessly thankful to the industry partners who help me look like a rockstar to my clients.

I don’t think most people realize how much goes on behind the scenes in a real estate transaction. As a Real Estate Broker, I not only work with the Seller or Buyer, but also the agent on the other side of the deal, the title company, an escrow officer, a lender, an appraiser, a home inspector, and many times a whole host of other industry professionals including a handyman and/or general contractor, plumber, electrician, junk hauling company, landscaper, house cleaner, and anything else that pops up during the transaction, doing everything needed to get the deal closed.

From preparing a house for the market to handling inspection and appraisal repairs, prepping the house for the new buyer to move in, and everything in between, sometimes it feels like a million things going on at once. On the surface I might look cool, collected, and like I’m handling it all on my own, but trust me - without an amazing network of professionals backing me up I could not be as efficient and successful as I am.

A huge THANK YOU to all of you in my network that help support my Sellers and Buyers behind the scenes, you are truly appreciated.
