One of the standards we’ve upheld since the beginning is documenting progress on every jobsite, every day. It may seem like a small thing, but it plays an important role in both our construction process and the experience we provide our homeowners.
Building a home involves a lot of moving pieces. Having the right people in the right place at the right time helps keep each project organized and moving toward completion within our typical 6–9 month construction timeline.
We also believe homeowners should feel connected to the process, even when they can’t be on the jobsite themselves. That’s why our team uploads daily progress photos to Buildertrend, giving homeowners a convenient way to check in, see what’s happening, and watch their home take shape.
A huge shoutout to Oswaldo, our senior superintendent, who helps make this happen. He’s out in the field overseeing our projects, coordinating the many details that go into building a home, and making sure those daily updates are available for our homeowners.
It’s one of the many ways we work to make the building experience more transparent, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish.
