Leasing Office & Cleaning Team Member

Are you friendly, reliable, organized, and someone who takes pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a **full-time Leasing Office & Cleaning Team Member** to join our busy apartment community! Working in the leasing office 2 days/week and cleaning vacant apartments 3 days/week.

💰 PAY

**Starting at $18.50/hour**

**⏰ 34–40 hours per week**
**📍 Kennewick, WA**
**🏢 In-Person | Full-Time**

🗂️ OFFICE DUTIES

You’ll spend part of your week helping keep our leasing office running smoothly!

• Communicate with residents and staff
• Answer phone calls and emails
• File paperwork and complete data entry
• Handle resident package deliveries
• Create work orders for resident maintenance requests
• Communicate resident needs clearly with the maintenance team
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain a **business casual** appearance

🧼 CLEANING DUTIES

You’ll also help keep our community looking its best!

• Clean and sanitize vacant apartments
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms & living areas
• Deep clean floors, surfaces, fixtures, and appliances
• Dust and clean fixtures
• Wash windows
• Remove trash and debris
• Ensure everything is move-in ready
• Report damages or maintenance concerns to management

Schedule will vary during the training period. Training period will be about a 4-6 weeks.

Sunday 8am-5pm
Monday 8am-5pm
Tuesday 8am-5pm

🚸 First Week of School! 🚌

The first week of school can be hectic. Young students, new schools, new routines, and changing traffic patterns all come together this week. We’re asking everyone to slow down, stay alert, and give students and families a little extra time to adjust.

When school-zone lights are flashing, the speed limit is 20 MPH. Please watch for students walking or biking, increased traffic around schools, and vehicles stopping or slowing unexpectedly.

The Kennewick Police Department is partnering with the Kennewick School District to help make the return to school a safe one. Officers will be spending extra time in school zones before and after school, focusing on traffic safety and reminding drivers that school is back in session.

A few extra minutes on your commute is worth it. Slow down, stay alert, and help us keep our students safe. 🚸
