It's a CRAZY Real Estate market out there right now! Multiple offers and higher prices for sellers seeking to sell their homes. Why? Well...we have more people moving to the area, a lot of people sold their homes and are renting and really want to buy, sellers are somewhat reluctant to sell because they have to find a place to live and with lower inventory of homes to choose from that could be a problem.

We have solutions! We've helped hundreds of people sell and find their perfect next home. As a seller you can have options for a later closing to give you time to search for a home. If you do find a home, and your home is under contract, you have more negotiating power, higher prices for your home may give you more opportunity to buy "up".

It is a real honor, but wanted to add that I couldn't have accomplished this level of sales without the support of my husband and partner, Bob Vitt. As many of you know, Bob has been fighting a cancer battle this last year, but he is always there for me and helps me in so many ways within our real estate business!
