"Debbie was a natural. While she did her research on my interests in a new home she also had the intuition in her home search to find prospective homes that expanded on my interests without taking away from my fundamental needs. For the price point I was shooting for Debbie found multiple homes across the Tri-City area that fit the bill. In those selections she was also very knowledgeable on the neighborhoods, schools, resale history, and crime. Debbie was extremely patient with me in the search as we looked at more than a dozen homes and was never pushy in driving me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. She was available when I needed her and was very flexible in her schedule. She offered sound advice on the pros and cons of each home and was not shy at highlighting the negatives that I couldn't readily see with my untrained eye. In the final negotiation and purchase of my new home Debbie excelled. She was always two steps ahead of me in the paperwork and right with me on the communications with the seller, mortgage company, and title company. She even met me for the closing to ensure there were no final hitches (and there were none)."
