Balancing real estate, family, friends, adventures, responsibilities, house projects, and approximately 47 tabs open in my brain at any given moment. 😅

Some days feel incredibly productive.
Some days feel a little chaotic.
Most days are somewhere in between.

What I’ve realized is that happiness isn’t found when everything is finally “done.” It’s found in the middle of the busy days, the unexpected laughs, the coffee runs, the celebrations, and the people you get to share it all with.

If I were buying in Tri-Cities right now, this is what I’d be focused on. 🏡

The market will always change.

Interest rates will move. Inventory will shift. Headlines will come and go.

Instead of trying to perfectly time the market, I’d focus on having a solid plan and understanding all of my options.

The buyers who tend to do best aren’t the ones chasing trends—they’re the ones making informed decisions when the right opportunity comes along.
