March Closing!!

now that March is over with I wanted to make a post about the closing I had.
I met with this buyer who was eager to get in to a new home. She was selling her home and was living with her daughter at the time. She was working on a very short timeline, we seen three houses and put an offer in on one, unfortunately she was beat out by another offer.
She came to me and was just very discouraged, but I asked her to put her trust in me and we found this home. When she toured it, she fell in love with it. We put an offer in, and they accepted immediately.

I work at the pace that my clients need, since she was working on a fast timeline we only had a week and a half till closing. During that time she turned in her earnest money, we had a Home Inspection done and signed everything that we needed. In the end, she was in a home by her wanted timeline. She walked away with a brand new couch and TV that she didn’t have to pay for.❤️❤️

Late to posting this but congratulations to my buyers Isaac and Yesenia!
This transaction was a long and hard one but we persevered and got it to the closing table. Now they are working on fixing it up and getting it back to a great condition. I’m excited to see the progress they make in these next couple of months.
