Kenosha Market Trends for June 2025

Buyers outnumbered inventory last month. Despite fewer homes on the market, buyer demand is likely still strong enough to sustain or slowly push prices up. A 1% increase isn’t dramatic, but it suggests a slight shift in a more stable market.

So far this month: More homes are hitting the market—buyers have more choice, but…Demand remains strong, keeping sales quick and prices rising moderately.

The market appears to be stabilizing and may be moving toward a more neutral position as inventory continues to increase.
