I had the chance to stop by the diaper drive hosted and sponsored by one of the best loan officers I’ve had the pleasure of working with, Michelle, at Euforia in Waukegan—and it was an absolute success!

She raised over 4,000 diapers to help families in need, and that kind of impact deserves to be recognized. It’s always inspiring working alongside people who truly care about the community they serve.

To top it off, after a long work day, I came home to find a thoughtful gift at my door from Michelle from our recent closing together. Small gestures like that go a long way, and they remind you why strong partnerships matter so much in this business.

This one hits close to home.

Logan, an active-duty Navy service member, reached out to me on December 16, 2025 while PCSing from San Diego, CA to Great Lakes. He sent over exactly what he was looking for must-haves, budget, and preferred drive time to base and trusted me to help make it happen from across the country.

If you’ve ever PCS’d, you know the stress: new duty station, new state, new everything… all while trying to make the right move for you and your family. I’ve personally been through it, so I understand how overwhelming it can be.
