Rated R Movies on Flights

On my flight back to DC yesterday, people on either side of me were watching Rated R movies with s*x scenes. How has this become acceptable to have unedited adult content out there in public for people of all ages to see? Is it not s*xual harassment for me, as a woman, to be subjected to visual s*xual acts?

Of course I closed my eyes to try and avoid the scenes, but I don't know when it's safe for me to open and close my eyes as there are no cues. There were teenagers and preteens sitting behind me, so they also had a clear view. The man sitting next to me would fast forward through the scenes, but the scenes were still visible. The woman next to me was sleeping through her movie. Supposedly Rated R is for 17 and above, but the MAJORITY of new release movies to select on flights are R. I'm above 17 years of age and still feel violated if I see such content.

I just wanted to put that out there. This is a huge issue for me.

Call me avoidant, but I'm staying away from the snow. Just sitting in the sun near Newport Beach. Ever After Tearoom is a place I visit frequent. Their brown rice quinoa dishes with various proteins are always excellent. I just had to put that out there.

I tried the Hanoi-style pork belly noodles. The veggies and noodles were great. The broth was stronger than I expected. They must have added a few sauces to it. It had a sweet n sour taste to it.
