🏡 The house may look perfect… but always get the inspection!! Why?

A home can look amazing online and in person, but inspections reveal what you can’t see:
🔎 Roof issues
🔎 Plumbing or electrical problems
🔎 Hidden damage

And yes… its a few hundred dollars.

But the inspection isn’t there to scare you—it’s there to protect you!

You can renegotiate, ask for repairs, or walk away if needed.

Never skip it. Ever.

Lenders need **2 years of tax returns** to verify your income. No returns = no approval. It’s that simple.
