Good news — for March only, you can basically hand-pick your neighbors and we’ll pay you for it.
If someone you refer moves in:
1st referral → $1,000
2nd → $1,250
3rd → $1,500
All they have to do is tour and put your name on the guest card during their first visit.
We handle everything else.
So if you know someone who keeps saying “I hate my apartment”…

And yes… we also have a hot cocoa bar loaded with all the fixings, including snowman Peeps that melt right into your cocoa ❄️☕⛄

Our Sip, Wrap & Snap event yesterday was a big hit! 🎁📸
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. The Alexan Gateway team had such a great time seeing our residents enjoying the event and spending time together. We hope you loved it as much as we did—we can’t wait to host more fun moments like this with you!
